Refund policy






Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for our orders. Once you or a designated party have picked up an order, it is considered "accepted." Please make sure everything is correct (design, spelling, etc.) before you leave.

All products are the customer's responsibility once the item has been physically picked up from our pick up area. We are not responsible for any damages to the items  during transport, storage, set-up or thereafter. Items can be very fragile, they can break, crack, smudge, frosting can melt, etc.
